Comfrey Salve with Orange Extract

Comfrey is valued for its soothing qualities and activates the healing of damaged tissue. It's great for treating sprains, strains, pulled muscles, bruises, burns, arthritis, back pain, and bone and joint pain. Comfrey contains pyrrolizidine alkaloids that can be harmful to the liver [in high doses] and should NOT be taken internally. This salve should NOT be used on open wounds. Packaged in a 2 ounce tin.

Ingredients: comfrey leaves/roots*, arnica flowers*, wild lettuce*, and calendula flowers* (all solar-infused in extra virgin olive oil*), beeswax, unrefined shea butter*, orange extract, essential oil, vitamin E.
