Tea Tree Peppermint
Finally, a natural deodorant that really does work to keep you smelling fresh all day long, without having to reapply! Free of aluminum, parabans, propylene glycol, triclosan, phthalates, or any other "toxic garbage" that you don't want absorbed into your body - only simple, effective, pure and natural ingredients. Please note that this is a deodorant, it is not an anti-perspirant that prevents your body from sweating naturally.
NOTE: I offer a baking soda "free" option for those of you who have experienced issues with using baking soda deodorants in the past. However, my deodorant contains a very minimum amount of baking soda and therefore you may find that it is not irritating to sensitive skin.
Available options: Baking Soda FREE or MINIMUM Baking Soda
Each 2.7 ounce deodorant is packaged in a biodegradable paperboard "Eco-Tube". More value for your dollar, and at the same time you can feel good about reducing your use of plastic. Choose from a variety of scents or contact me to have an essential oil blend custom made just for you!
Ingredients: organic coconut oil, arrowroot powder, beeswax, unrefined cocoa butter, organic aloe butter, organic unrefined shea butter, bentonite clay, diatomaceous earth, castor oil, baking soda, organic neem oil, essential oil, organic tamanu oil, and tapioca starch.
NOTE: For some people, making the change to a truly chemical-free natural deodorant may require an adjustment period. The following method can help to detox your underarm area if you are experiencing any irritation or rash.
1. Mix together: 1 tablespoon bentonite clay, 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar, 1-2 teaspoons of water (to get right consistency)
2. Spread in an even layer over the armpits and allow to sit for 5-20 minutes. Start slowly and work up to a longer period of time once you see how your body adjusts. If it hurts at all, remove immediately.
3. Wash off with a warm, wet washcloth.
4. Repeat daily or as needed until natural deodorant is non-irritating.
